The site
What this is
The Site describes Psyde's research, products in development, and capabilities, and offers a way to contact us. It is informational. Nothing on the Site is an offer, a commitment to deliver any product or service, or professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. Descriptions of research and roadmap items are forward-looking and may change or never ship. Using the Site, or sending us an inquiry, does not create a client, partnership, or employment relationship. Services we provide to you are governed by a separate written agreement; if those terms conflict with these, the written agreement controls for those services.
Intellectual property
What belongs to us
The Site and everything on it—text, design, the Psyde name and marks, glyphs, generative artwork, video, and underlying code—are owned by Psyde or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Site, or use our names or marks, without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
If you send us ideas or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.

- Submit false, misleading, infringing, or abusive content through our forms, or impersonate another person or organization.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, bypass its security or rate limits, or access systems or data not intended for you. If you find a security issue, please promptly email us at legal@psyde.solutions.
- Interfere with the Site's operation, including by sending excessive requests or malicious code.
- Use the Site for anything unlawful or to infringe others' rights.
We may restrict or terminate access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms.
Submissions
What you send us
When you contact us you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You keep ownership of your submission and grant us the right to use it to evaluate and respond to your inquiry and to maintain our records. We respond selectively and are not obliged to reply.
Do not send confidential information or unsolicited proprietary ideas unless we have agreed in writing to receive them; otherwise submissions are treated as non-confidential and we may use similar ideas without compensation or duty to you. By giving us your email address you agree that we may reply electronically; those messages satisfy any requirement that communication be in writing.
Third parties
Links and services
The Site may reference or link to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Our use of service providers is described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
As is
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that statements about our research or products are complete or current. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these may not apply to you.
Liability
Limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Psyde and its principals, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Site or these Terms, however caused. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it. If we are nonetheless found liable, our total liability for all claims relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence.
Any claim arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms must be brought within one year after it arises; claims brought later are permanently barred, to the extent the law allows.
Indemnity
Your responsibility
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Psyde from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or content you submit.
Governing law
California
These Terms and any dispute arising from them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Psyde agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California and waive any objection to venue there. Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
California notice
Consumer notice
Under California Civil Code §1789.3, California residents are entitled to the following notice: the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs may be contacted in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210. You may contact Psyde at legal@psyde.solutions.
General
The rest
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Psyde about the Site. If any provision is unenforceable it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor. There are no third-party beneficiaries. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time without notice. Sections on intellectual property, submissions, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law, and this section survive any termination.
