The architecture
Three interconnected parts, each with one job— overseen as a whole so no single component ever decides and speaks at once.
01
The overseer
Memory that holds the bounds.
An ethically oriented memory model sits at the center— what the system knows, what it may do, and where it must stop live there together. The ethical algorithm watches over every step, so context and permission stay in the structure, not in a prompt that can be argued away.
02
The decision core
Classification, not conversation.
The core answers structured questions about the situation at hand and returns calibrated judgments— it classifies, weighs, and calls the tools the task requires. Deciding is its only job; it never writes a word to the user.
03
The voice
Language comes last.
A language model does the one thing it is there for: put the overseen decision into words a person can read. It voices outcomes— it doesn't choose them.
